Sean Walsh
Sean has been an active member of the Western Australian theatre industry for over ten years. Sean’s proudest achievement came last year when he played Alan Bond in Perth Theatre Company’s Taking Liberty, for which he has been nominated for an Equity award (Best Supporting Actor). Other acting credits include Prayer to an Iron God for Deckchair Theatre as well as numerous roles for Barking Gecko Theatre Company including The Buzz, The Treehouse, The Troll from the Bowl and the title role in 2009's Fatty Wombat. He also played the White man in the highly acclaimed independent production of Sam Shepard’s States of Shock. He has made several television appearances, most recently in the documentary Bom Bali. Sean has also studied Arts Management at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, directed several productions at John Curtin College of the Arts and is a member of the very successful improvisational comedy ensemble The Big HooHaa!
